Hi, I’m Laura Wiler, a fractional CFO and Certified Public Accountant. I’ve spent 20+ years building finance functions from the ground up. My philosophy? Finance should be the backbone of the business—driving value, protecting assets, and helping leaders make smart decisions about resources.
Before founding my firm, I was an executive leading finance and operations at software companies of all sizes—from early-stage startups to $1B global organizations. My career began as a junior accountant at a startup, and eventually I led teams of 150+. That path means I’ve done every job in the function and know what actually works at each stage of growth.
